A message from Mission Cantina in Amherst confirms what a poster on the Chowhound site mentioned, that the location of the dining spot on Beacon Street is no longer in operation. The Brookline location of Mission Cantina first opened last June, taking over the space where the Beacon Street Tavern had been until closing in April.
The Amherst location of the restaurant remains open.
