Highlights for the Week Ending March 14, 2014

Several more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a late-night food truck pilot program planned for Boston, a 40-year-old pizza place closing, and a pop-up restaurant for dogs on the way.
