A Fifth Location of Flour Is In the Works

A local group of bakery-cafes may be getting a bit bigger, with a new location possibly coming to one of the busiest parts of Cambridge.

The Boston Globe mentions that Joanne Chang is looking at sites for a fifth location of Flour, and the article says that it could be located in Harvard Square--though this is not written in stone as of yet. Once she does find a definite location for the shop, it will join others in the Boston's South End, Back Bay, Fort Point, and Cambridge's Central Square.

Flour first started on Washington Street in the South End approximately 15 years ago and been known in part for its signature sticky buns, which were featured on the Food Network's "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" back in 2007. (Chang bested Flay in that matchup.)
