Christopher Myers, Joanne Chang Planning New Restaurant in Cambridge's Kendall Square

The husband-and-wife team behind a restaurant in Boston's South End is planning a second dining spot, and this one may be coming to a red-hot part of Cambridge.

The Boston Globe mentions that Christopher Myers and Joanne Chang of Myers + Chang on Washington Street are looking to open a second restaurant in the Kendall Square area, with the proposed eatery being somewhere on the Novartis research campus by Main Street. No other information on the dining spot have been given as of yet other than the fact that they are presently "in talks" to open the place. (The Globe also mentions that Chang is planning to open a fifth location of Flour and has been looking at potential sites--apparently including one in Cambridge's Harvard Square.)

Myers + Chang, which first opened in 2007, is an eclectic diner-type restaurant that features Asian fare.
