Stoked Wood Fired Pizza to Open Brick and Mortar Restaurant in Brookline

It looks like an award-winning pizza truck is going the brick-and-mortar route.

A message sent via Twitter indicates that Stoked Wood Fired Pizza is planning to open a restaurant in Brookline, with the dining spot hoping to debut sometime in the late winter or early spring of 2016. The Twitter note from the pizza truck mentioned that they could not say specifically where the restaurant will be, so it will be announced at a later date.

Since hitting the streets early last year, Stoked has received much praise for its pizza, including being awarded a "best of" from Boston Magazine for 2015. The people behind the truck are Scott Riebling of the Boston rock band Letters to Cleo and Toirm Miller of the former Jack and the Bean Bowl food cart.
