Sweetgreen Opens on Summer Street in Boston's Financial District

A growing chain of farm-to-table dining spots has just opened a brand new shop, and it is located in the heart of downtown Boston.

According to an article in Eater Boston, Sweetgreen opens today on Summer Street in the city's Financial District, though it appears that the eatery may have had a soft-opening yesterday, based on various social media posts. The new store joins a number of other Sweetgreen locations that have opened in the Boston area over the past few years, including shops in Downtown Crossing, the Ink Block in the South End, Fort Point, the Back Bay (2), the Fenway, Chestnut Hill Square on the Newton/Brookline border, and MarketStreet Lynnfield.

Sweetgreen, which is based in Washington, DC, is known mainly for their salads and grain bowls.

The address for this new dining spot in the Financial District is: Sweetgreen, 87 Summer Street, Boston, MA, 02110. The website for the chain can be found at http://www.sweetgreen.com/
