Dunkin' Brands Sells Togo’s Sandwich Chain

Dunkin' Brands has announced the selling of its sandwich shop chain to a private equity firm. According to the Quincy Patriot Ledger, the parent company of Dunkin' Donuts has sold Togo's to Mainsail Partners, a firm based in San Francisco.

Dunkin’ Brands, which has its headquarters in Canton, MA, had put Togo's on the market more than a year ago. The company also owns Baskin-Robbins, an ice cream chain.
