Pho and Rice Opens in Somerville; Zoe's Moves

A new Vietnamese restaurant called Pho and Rice has opened on Beacon Street in Somerville. It has moved into the spot where the highly-rated Chinese restaurant Zoe's, used to be, with Zoe's moving across the street. (Zoe's is now on the same side of the street as O'Sullivan's and Danny's Diner.)
