P.F. Chang's to Open in Cambridge in October

A chain of upscale casual Chinese restaurants is opening a new location in Cambridge this fall. P.F. Chang's China Bistro will open at the CambridgeSide Galleria in East Cambridge sometime in October, according to their Web site. The restaurant will be located on the third floor of the Galleria near Sears. [October 27 update: According to a poster on the Chowhound site (and confirmed by the restaurant's site), P.F. Chang's is now open in the CambridgeSide Galleria.]

Like all P.F. Chang's, the menu will include a variety of dishes, including entrees that feature noodles, rice, duck, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood, and vegetarian items. Regional dishes will include Hunan pork, Hong Kong beef with snow peas, and Shanghai shrimp with garlic sauce. A children's menu will also be offered.

The address for this new Chinese restaurant in East Cambridge will be: P.F. Chang's China Bistro, CambridgeSide Galleria (Level 3), 100 CambridgeSide Place, Cambridge, MA, 02141.

P.F. Chang's currently has five other locations in and around Boston: The Prudential Center in the Back Bay, Park Plaza in downtown Boston, the Natick Collection in Natick, the Northshore Mall in Peabody, and Legacy Place in Dedham.
