Russell House Tavern Opening in Cambridge in Early April

Just a quick update on a restaurant we had talked about several months ago: According to a job posting on the Craigslist site, the Russell House Tavern is planning on opening its doors in the Harvard Square section of Cambridge by early April at the latest. [April 8 update: The Russell House Tavern is open for business.]

The Russell House Tavern looks to be a contemporary American restaurant that will feature seasonally-changing dishes as well as craft beers and cocktails. The group behind this new restaurant also own Grafton Street, Redline, and Temple Bar (all in Cambridge) as well as the Irish Village (Brighton).

The address for this restaurant in Harvard Square is: Russell House Tavern, 14 JFK Street, Cambridge, MA, 02138. (This is the former home of Z Square, a restaurant that closed in early 2009.)
