Pho Hoa recently opened on Pleasant Street in the downtown area of the city, becoming the first location north of Boston (the other three are in Chinatown, Dorchester, and North Quincy). Like the other Pho Hoa restaurants in the area, the new Malden location features Vietnamese noodle soup--which is known as pho--as well as vermicelli bowls and plates, specialty soups, rice dishes, and vegetarian options. Drinks include coffee and fruit smoothies, while desserts such as red bean pudding and flan are offered.
The new Pho Hoa is open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
