According to the executive chef's Twitter page, Clover Food Truck #2 will be opening next Tuesday at Dewey Square on the Rose Kennedy Greenway next to the Boston Public Market (farmer's market), which is across from South Station.
Clover Food Lab opened their first food truck at Carleton Street in Cambridge in late 2008, offering a number of vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices. As reported earlier here, they are also looking to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant at 7 Holyoke Street in Cambridge's Harvard Square (where the Harvard University Housing Office used to be).
