According to a poster on the Chowhound site, the Olde Boston Cafe has shut down, with the poster mentioning that a new Italian place may be going into the space (we are currently trying to confirm this). A call placed to the Olde Boston Cafe has indicated that their phone is now out of service, confirming what the poster said about its closing.
The Olde Boston Cafe, which opened in February of this year, mostly was a place for the business community around the Post Office Square area, featuring such dishes as French toast, pancakes, omelettes, soups, salads, and sandwiches (including steak and cheese, chicken kabob, roast beef, and a veggie wrap).
The address for this now-closed restaurant in the Financial District was: Olde Boston Cafe, 82 Water Street, Boston, MA, 02109. (This is where a location of Boloco used to be as well.)
