It looks like a European-style cafe in the Financial District of Boston has closed its doors after being in business for about a year.
According to a poster on the Chowhound site, Aristo Cafe on State Street has a "space for rent" sign in the window, while posters on both Chowhound and other sites have mentioned that it hadn't been open for a few weeks now. Calls placed to the restaurant today to confirm this did not go through.
Aristo Cafe first opened toward the end of 2009 at the corner of State Street and Merchants Row, taking over the space where a branch of Finagle-a-Bagel had been. The eatery featured mostly soups, salads, and sandwiches.
The address for this now-closed restaurant in the Financial District of Boston was: Aristo Cafe, 92 State Street, Boston, MA, 02109.
