A new restaurant is coming to Weymouth, and the people behind it happen to own a restaurant in another part of town.
According to the Patriot Ledger, the folks who own the Main Street Grille on Main Street in South Weymouth are planning to open the Fore River Grille on Route 3A in North Weymouth, moving into the space where the Bridge Street Grill and Billy Budd's used to be. The article mentions that the new eatery will be a bit like the Main Street Grille, though unlike that eatery, the Fore River Grille will have a specific area for takeout. The 2,000-square-foot space will include a bar, while the menu will feature sandwiches, steak tips, pizza, seafood, and more.
Expect a mid-June opening for the Fore River Grille, according to the Patriot Ledger. [June 30 update: According to their Facebook page, the Fore River Grille is about a week away from opening.]
The address for this upcoming spot in North Weymouth will be: Fore River Grille, 117 Bridge Street (Route 3A), Weymouth, MA, 02189.
