A new Vietnamese and Thai restaurant has just opened within the "restaurant row" section of Waltham.
According to a poster on Chowhound, Pho & Spice is now open on Moody Street, with the poster stating that the ownership is the same as that of Pho 'n Rice on Beacon Street in Somerville (we are still trying to confirm this). An earlier post on the Brand New Watch/Wicked Local blog mentions that Pho & is located in the spot where China Star II used to be, near the Maple Street/High Street intersection.
If Pho & Spice is indeed connected to Pho and Rice in Somerville, expect to find such dishes as steamed vermicelli, pho, rice plates, curry dishes, and stir-fried noodles at this spot.
