A new restaurant is coming to Brookline, and it looks like the name (or at least part of it) could be a familiar one to some.
Based on a job post within the Craigslist site, the Putterham Grille and Deli is going to be opening on the West Roxbury Parkway (near the Boston line), moving into the space where Andreas' Mediterranean Cuisine used to be until closing several months ago. According to an earlier article in the Brookline Patch, Andreas' Mediterranean Cuisine was formerly the site of a place called the Putterham Deli, which eventually morphed into Andreas' in the 1990s.
It is not yet known when the Putterham Grille and Deli might open, though the Craigslist page does mention that an open house is currently underway for job applicants, so it could be opening fairly soon.
The address for this upcoming restaurant in Brookline will be: Putterham Grille and Deli, 1012 West Roxbury Parkway, Brookline, MA, 02467.
