A new Brazilian restaurant is coming to Malden, moving into the space where an upscale restaurant and martini lounge had been.
An email sent to us by one of our readers indicates that Bossa Nova Steak House is planning to open on Main Street in Malden, taking over the former Two Ninety Main space (Two Ninety Main Restaurant and Lounge closed in September of 2010 after being in business for approximately a year). Based on the menu, it appears that Bossa Nova will feature such items as linguica with fried yucca, grilled calamari, codfish balls, bruschetta, grilled sirloin, chicken wings, grilled salmon, shrimp scampi, and flan.
[December 8 update: According to posters on Chowhound and Yelp, Bossa Nova Steak House is now open.]
