The person behind a Japanese restaurant in the Back Bay of Boston is getting ready to open a new sushi spot, with this one being in Southie.
According to The Boston Globe, Moko Japanese Restaurant is going to be moving into a space on E Broadway in South Boston that is a couple of blocks west of the L Street intersection. A poster on Chowhound mentions that the new eatery, which is owned by the person who owns Samurai on Boylston Street in the Back Bay, appears to be on the verge of opening, if not open already.

The Globe states that Moko will have about 1,200 square feet of space, with a capacity of just over 40. The place will be open for lunch and dinner, with hours likely being from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM on weekends.
