Free Grilled Cheese Day at Cheeseboy on April 22, 2012

One day after reporting that Ben & Jerry's would be having a "Free Cone Day" in early April, it has now been learned that this won't be the only free food day in the Boston area next month.

A Facebook events page from Cheeseboy indicates that the growing group of quick-service grilled cheese shops will have their Second Annual Free Grilled Cheese Day on Sunday, April 22 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event, which celebrates National Grilled Cheese Month, allows patrons to order one Classic Grilled Cheese sandwich (Italian bread and American cheese) from Cheeseboy at no charge.

Locations of Cheeseboy can be found at Boston's South Station, the Prudential Center in the Back Bay, South Shore Plaza in Braintree, the Natick Mall in Natick, and Providence Place in Providence.
