The Boston Globe is reporting that Corn & Co is going to open at the Burlington Mall, with an August opening anticipated. The shop's website mentions that their popcorn will come in an array of flavors, blends, and mixes, with constantly rotating flavors from their extensive "flavor library." Corn & Co is also focused on sustainability and giving back to communities via support of agriculture and education.
[July 30 update: According to Goldstein Pierce, Corn & Co will be located on the upper level of the Burlington Mall and it will feature both a store and a test kitchen. Up to 16 flavors of popcorn will be popped each day in the test kitchen, with customers being able to add toppings and custom mix flavors. Their aforementioned flavor library will have more than 250 unique flavors, with the 16 mentioned above being the "base" flavors. A few of the flavors at Corn & Co include salt and vinegar, dill pickle, bacon, sweet watermelon, teriyaki, and wasabi, with the popcorn being gluten-free, nut-free, and Kosher.]
