Enso Is Opening in Boston's Chinatown

A new Japanese restaurant is coming to the Chinatown neighborhood of Boston, and it looks like it could be a sushi place with a unique method of serving food.

Eater Boston reports (via the Twitter page of Boston Chinatown) that Enso is planning to open on Kneeland Street, moving into the space where a costume shop had been. Pictures posted on the via.me site indicate that the eatery will have a booth-side conveyor belt that will apparently allow diners to choose their food right from their tables.

The address for this new Japanese restaurant in Chinatown is: Enso, 69 Kneeland Street, Boston 02111.

[December 26 update: A new post from Eater Boston states that Enso is now open for business (it opened at 11:00 AM today). EB also mentions that this is indeed the only place in the city of Boston to serve "kaiten sushi," or conveyor belt sushi.]
