A post in the Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog mentions that the owners of the local group of eateries plan to switch another one of its restaurants--Symphony Sushi--over to a new location of Fin's, with the proposal being looked at by the Boston Licensing Board today. If approved, the Gainsborough Street spot would join other Fin's locations in Beacon Hill, Kenmore Square, and Brighton.
The Fin's Japanese Sushi + Grill restaurants offer soups, salads, appetizers, sushi, noodle and rice dishes, and an array of entrees.
