Clover Food Lab Is Opening in Brookline Village

The people behind several vegetarian food trucks and two brick-and-mortar restaurants in the Boston area are planning to open a new takeout spot, and this one will be just west of the Boston line.

Zagat is reporting that Clover Food Lab is going to be opening a new location on Harvard Street in Brookline Village, with the eatery possibly opening in the next month. Once it opens, the new Clover will join outlets in Cambridge's Harvard Square and Inman Square, as well as food trucks in Boston, Cambridge, and Burlington.  Expect healthy options at the upcoming dining spot, which could include breakfast items, sandwiches, and platters.
