Free Cone Day at Select Ben and Jerry's Shops Today (April 9, 2013)

A Vermont-based ice cream company is going to be having their Free Cone Day today, with several Boston-area shops participating in the annual event.

Ice cream lovers will be able to go to select Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shops between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM today to get their free treats, as the company celebrates 35 years of being in business. Participating shops in and around Boston include locations at Newbury Street in the Back Bay, Park Plaza, the Prudential Center, JFK Street in Cambridge's Harvard Square, and Route 9 in Natick.
