The Melrose Free Press is reporting that Tooba's will open on Essex Street, with the eatery offering soups, salads, and wraps, along with some "occasional specialty foods." A few items that will be sold at the 32-seat dining spot include yogurt with chopped cucumber and dry mint, falafel, pork tenderloin panini, vegetarian sandwiches, kabobs, and fruit smoothies.
If all goes as planned, Tooba's could be open in the next week or so, according to the article. It will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
