The Bacon Truck Is Coming to Boston

A new food truck is on its way to Boston, and it will be focusing on one of America's most beloved foods.

According to its Facebook and Twitter pages, The Bacon Truck will soon be up and running, apparently debuting at some point at the SoWa Open Market in Boston's South End. The mobile kitchen will offer salads, sandwiches, side dishes, and desserts, and the folks behind it will also be doing catering as well. A Twitter post from last month shows a stripped-down version of the truck that will be hitting the streets, while a Facebook post shows that they have acquired a health permit and will be opening "real soon."
