According to a poster on the Chowhound site (and confirmed by its Facebook page), RJ Gourmet on Cambridge Street has shuttered, saying on its page that it decided not to renew its lease. The coffeehouse first opened in February of 2012, offering coffee, tea, espresso, pastries, chocolate, and more, with direct-trade coffee and locally-sourced goods featured.
It appears that the last day for RJ Gourmet was last Thursday.
The address for this now-closed coffee bar in East Cambridge was: RJ Gourmet, 441 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA, 02141.
