Highlights for the Week Ending October 4, 2013

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a couple of new spots coming to the Seaport District, plans for a burger place coming to Cambridge's Central Square falling through, and a recently-moved Boston restaurant serving pizza once again.
