Highlights for the Week Ending November 1, 2013

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a celebrity chef possibly bringing his Italian emporium to the city, a diner in the western suburbs closing, and an American brasserie coming to downtown Boston.
