Highlights for the Week Ending November 8, 2013

Several more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a dining spot from one of Boston's best-known restaurateurs undergoing some changes, a popular Irish pub apparently returning to the city, and a Somerville restaurant morphing into a new place.
