According to one of our readers, Memphis Joe's Barbecue is now open in Weymouth, taking over the spot on Washington Street where Martini's Restaurant had been. (It appears that the owners of Martini's may also be behind the new eatery, but this has not been confirmed as of yet.) The new dining spot features a variety of barbecue items, with chili, wings, brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, macaroni and cheese, chicken and waffles, dry-rubbed ribs, and fried catfish all being on the menu.
