According to a poster on the Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook page--and confirmed by the Daily Times Chronicle--Roast Coffee Company is planning to open in Winchester, with the article saying this will be the town's first locally-owned coffee place. Expect to see bagels, muffins, and coffee at the new spot, which will tend to focus on takeout though it will have seating for approximately 15 to 18 people.
If all goes well, Roast Coffee Company could be opening around January 11, according to the article.
