BostInno mentions that Zo on the Go is expected to debut on April 1, with the truck being set up at the Prudential Center, the Rose Kennedy Greenway, and the Financial District. Once it is up and running, the truck will join brick-and-mortar locations of Zo, which can be found at Center Plaza and on State Street. It is not known exactly what Zo on the Go will be serving, but based on their takeout spots, the truck could be serving soups, salads, gyros, pita wraps, and spinach pie.
The original location of Zo opened at Center Plaza in 2009, while the State Street shop opened a couple of years later.
