A check on the place this week indicates that Pret a Manger is opening on Federal Street, with Eater Boston confirming this in an article on another new shop opening this week on Arch Street in Downtown Crossing. Once it opens, the new eatery will also join another shop in the Financial District (on Franklin Street) as well as two others on Boylston Street in the Back Bay.

Pret a Manger, which first started out in England in 1986, has a number of locations in New York, Chicago, and Washington, DC, in addition to its Boston shops.
