Kane's Donuts in Saugus (and Soon, Boston) Introduces Donut-Scented Candles

A landmark donut shop north of Boston--and soon in downtown Boston as well--is now offering a way to have the smell of their donuts permeate through people's homes even when they run out of donuts.

A Facebook post from the store indicates that Kane's Donuts in Saugus is now selling donut-scented candles, with a jelly donut candle (as well as a coffee roll candle) shown in the picture. The candles, which go for $18 apiece, can either be purchased at the Lincoln Avenue shop or shipped to people's homes.

As we reported earlier, Kane's is also getting ready to open a shop at International Place in Boston sometime this fall, with the place being called Kane's Handcrafted Donuts.
