Highlights for the Week Ending November 21, 2014

Several more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a cigar bar possibly returning to Boston, a landmark restaurant being demolished, and a new burger spot remaining on track for the Back Bay.
