Eater Boston is reporting that East Boston Kitchen on Sumner Street has shuttered, with a note out front saying "We are closing for the winter to reassess....We thank you for all your support. We couldn't have done what we did without you." East Boston Kitchen opened in June of 2013, offering diners such options as soups, salads, sandwiches, prepared items, and baked goods, with a menu that changed on a weekly basis.
