Eater Boston is reporting that Ruth's Chris Steak House is looking to open at 10 CityPoint, which is a new mixed-use complex in Waltham near Route 128/95 by the Totten Pond Road/Winter Street exit. The article says that this is not a done deal, as an employee at the chain's corporate office states the proposed dining spot is in "market study" and that "It's not a definite yes, it's not a definite no." If the new location of Ruth's Chris does end up opening in Waltham, it would join another location on School Street in downtown Boston, and it would also join at least one other restaurant at 10 CityPoint--Osteria Posto.
