Highlights for the Week Ending November 13, 2015

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a high-end food spot apparently being up for sale, an Italian restaurant and market coming to the waterfront, and a sushi place in Brookline closing.
