According to an article from Eater Boston, Lamplighter Brewing Co. is getting ready to debut on Broadway about midway between Central Square, Kendall Square, and Inman Square, with the brewing process possibly starting during the first week of June, customers being able to start filling growlers later in the month, and the taproom opening sometime in July. EB notes that Longfellows will sublease the taproom area Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the business offering coffee, espresso, pastries, waffles, and house-made sodas in what will be a community space, and that the space will them transition to the taproom, which will offer such items as hot dogs, tater tots, and beer.

[September 29 update: Eater Boston states that Lamplighter Brewing Co. has passed its inspection and will debut its growler counter tomorrow (Friday, September 30) where customers can get to-go containers of Lamplighter beer and Longfellows coffee between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM Friday through Sunday. (It is not yet known when the brewery--and coffee/pastry shop--will fully open.)]
[November 9 update: Boston Magazine says that Lamplighter Brewing Co. could be opening its taproom and coffee bar as early as this week, with a Facebook post from the place saying that it has one final inspection to go.]
[November 13 update: A Facebook post from the place mentions that Lamplighter Brewing Co. will start its "grand opening week of events" on Tuesday, November 15 and it is currently in the process of a soft opening.]
