According to a job post within the Craigslist site, Atlantic Kitchen is planning to open in Randolph, with the address indicating that it is moving into the space within the Comfort Inn where Jits Sports Lounge had been, and before that, The Fat Cactus. A menu posted on its Facebook page shows such items as lobster rolls, fried clams, blackened catfish, jambalaya, coconut shrimp, and a "southern boil" where diners will be able to order such items as crawfish, blue crab, mussels, littleneck clams, and more by the pound.
The Facebook page for Atlantic Kitchen states that it is "The best family run seafood restaurant on the South Shore" and that it will be opening sometime in November, though the Craigslist post says it plans to open in October.
