Pho So 1 in Dorchester Facing Possible Punishment for Multiple After-Hours Violations

A Dorchester restaurant that has been featured on our sister site is in trouble with the city of Boston--and it could be facing some severe punishment as a result.

According to an article from Universal Hub, Pho So 1 in Fields Corner will be meeting with the Boston Licensing Board later this week after being cited five times over the past seven months for being open after its licensed closing time of 10:00 PM. The post mentions that the board could choose from a few punishment options for the Adams Street dining spot on Thursday, including having the restaurant close for several days, revoking its liquor license, or taking away both its liquor license and its food-serving license, which would effectively shut down the eatery.

Pho So 1 is a dining spot that Boston's Hidden Restaurants has featured as an under-the-radar spot to go to for Vietnamese food. The review can be found at this link:

Another location of Pho So 1 can be found in Randolph.
