Intrepid Cafe Is Opening in East Cambridge

A brand new cafe is on its way to East Cambridge, opening in a block that has several other dining spots.

According to a license commission agenda page within the City of Cambridge website, Intrepid Cafe is looking to open on First Street, with the place having seating for 12 and a proposed capacity of 60, and hours possibly being 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekends. Little other information has been given about the place other than the fact that the manager of record is Ryan Woolley, so keep checking back for updates.

Intrepid Cafe will be moving into a block just south of the CambridgeSide Galleria that includes such restaurants as Helmand, Boca Grande, Similans, and Shabu & Mein.

The address for Intrepid Cafe is 150 First Street, Cambridge, MA, 02142.

[August 23 update: Eater Boston states that Intrepid Cafe is now open, and that it offers coffee, tea from Mem Tea, items from Danish Pastry House in Medford and Watertown, bread/toast from Bread Obsession in Lexington, and more.]
