A new option for hot pot has come to a Boston neighborhood.
Eater Boston confirms what a source told us earlier--that Pot Bar is now open in Allston--with the Brighton Avenue eatery offering a variety of hot pot options, including ingredients such as pig blood, fermented tofu, sliced beef, kimchi, octopus, and pork intestine. The article mentions that all hot pots come with a choice of rice or noodles and extra toppings are available as well, while appetizers and side dishes are also offered.
Pot Bar joins other hot pot places in Allston such as Shabu Zen and Spring Shabu-Shabu, the latter of which is located in Lower Allston near the Charles River.
The address for this new hot pot restaurant in Allston is: Pot Bar, 70 Brighton Avenue, Allston, MA, 02134.
