It looks like a celebrity family is further expanding its burger chain, with a food truck now on the way to the local area.
According to the locations page within the website for the chain, Wahlburgers is debuting a food truck in Boston, with another page mentioning that it plans to be up and running sometime this month. Once it hits the road, the new food truck will join brick-and-mortar locations of Wahlburgers in Boston's Fenway neighborhood, Logan Airport, Hingham, and Lynnfield.
Chef and restaurateur Paul Wahlberg and his brothers Mark and Donnie opened the first location of Wahlburgers at the Hingham Shipyard in October of 2011; the business has since expanded to approximately 15 states as well as Canada.
[April 12 update: According to a press release, the Wahlburgers food truck debuts at the South Bay Town Center in Dorchester on Thursday, April 19 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and it will be set up there Thursday through Saturday unless it has been hired for special events elsewhere.]
