A dining spot in the Fenway that was known in part for its Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fare has closed its doors.
According to a poster on the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Hidyan Mediterranean Grill on Kilmarnock Street is no longer in business, with a check on the place by Patrick Maguire of Maguire Promotions & Hospitality Consulting confirming this, as a sign out front says "permanently closed." No reason has been given for the closure of the eatery, nor is it known what might become of the space, so keep checking back for updates.
Hidyan Mediterranean Grill (which was also known as Hidyan Cafe) offered such items as lentil soup, falafel wraps, chicken kebabs, gyros, stuffed grape leaves, steak tip subs, pasta with meatballs, pizza, and wings.
The address for this now-closed dining spot in the Fenway was: Hidyan Mediterranean Grill, 80 Kilmarnock Street, Boston, MA, 02215.
