It looks like a restaurant featuring all things noodles could be coming to East Boston.
According to an article in Eater Boston, the Noodle Bar by Iterum Foods is hoping to open in the Jeffries Point section of Eastie, with Matthew McPherson (Tiki Rock, Menton, Porto, Craigie on Main, Frogmore, Fairsted Kitchen) currently in lease negotiations for a space on Sumner Street that had once been home to 303 Cafe. Its website indicates that the proposed eatery would be a casual spot that focuses on sustainability and zero waste, featuring a variety of noodle-based dishes with Asian influences--and rice noodles and vegetable noodles would be a couple of options. The Noodle Bar by Iterum Foods plans to be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and would also have to-go items available.
The website for the Noodle Bar by Iterum Foods is at https://noodlesbyiterum.com/
