A couple of years ago, it was reported that a group of high-end seafood and steak restaurants was planning to expand to Boston's Back Bay. Now we have learned that the new dining spot has finally opened its doors.
According to an article from Eater Boston, Eddie V's Prime Seafood is now open in the old P.F. Chang's space at the Prudential Center, with the restaurant offering such items as oysters, lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, Alaskan halibut, ribye, filet mignon, and more along with an extensive list of wines. This is the first location of the chain in the Boston area, though another outlet is due to open in Burlington this summer in the former Macaroni Grill space.
Eddie V's first started out in Austin in 2000 and is now headquartered in Orlando. Its website can be found at https://www.eddiev.com/home
