A new restaurant featuring noodles and more has come to the western suburbs of Boston.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Smack Noodle is now open in Maynard, taking over the space on Main Street that had once been home to Willy's Phillys. A couple of menu photos that were posted onto the thread indicate that the new dining spot offers ramen, udon, pad Thai, curry rice dishes, fried calamari, gyoza, and takoyaki, or octopus balls, while another poster mentions that the place offers a fusion of Japanese and Thai food, including udon with hot basil.
